ilovetoeatout.com is Tony's personal restaurant photo blog. Reading it requires no account, sets no tracking cookies and runs no ads or analytics.
Signing in to post
Only people Tony has invited can post. When you sign in (with Microsoft or Google), the site receives your name and email address from the sign-in provider. They are used only to check that you're allowed to post, to sign your posts with your first name, and to let you edit your own posts. A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Your information is never sold or shared.
Photos and posts
Photos are resized and stripped of all hidden information (including GPS location and camera details) before they are saved. Posts show the restaurant, the town, the date, your blurb and your first name. If your phone shares its location while you post, it's used only to suggest nearby restaurants and the town name; exact coordinates are never shown on the site.
Removing your data
You can delete your own posts at any time from the posting page. To have your account information removed as well, ask Tony and it will be deleted.
